I am the vocalist of the band…my name is Naima Barake. Before I was born, my parents studied in the conservatory of Spain, became conservatory professors in Colombia, as well as worship leaders for a local church. I grew up listening to different genres and began to sing for special holidays or events at the church where my parents lead worship. My parents and I decided to move to the United States when I was 8, to build a more stable and safer future for our family. I kept performing with them here and there, as I was more focused on finishing school and we moved quite a bit. We ended up moving to Florida around 2017 and started a family trio playing in local restaurants, bars, retirement homes, and private events. We love what we do and just want to create memories and uplift the spirits of the folks that come see us perform!
